Rental Increase

For a portfolio of 3,200 apartments, rental increases were implemented. Within 4 months, over 80% of tenants agreed.

Renting

Acquisition of a residential portfolio with around 15,000 units and an occupancy rate of about 60% in challenging locations in East Germany. The new rental rate before the takeover was about 30 to 40 apartments per month.

Cost Optimization

The total costs of a portfolio of 12,000 apartments were analyzed before the takeover by RSG. Of the total costs amounting to 50 million euros, about 30 million euros were passed on to the tenants.
