Renting

Acquisition of a residential portfolio with around 15,000 units and an occupancy rate of about 60% in challenging locations in East Germany. The new rental rate before the takeover was about 30 to 40 apartments per month.

  • Through an investment of about 2,500 euros per apartment,
  • the creation of a dedicated rental team,
  • recording all vacancies, and
  • the development of a new rental strategy

 

The number of rentals was increased to over 250 apartments per month, and the vacancy rate was significantly reduced within 2 years!
